    手卷---------我吾系“吉川库浪”

    得到Yoku cafe 正宗寿司大师敏姐相传,天资聪慧嘎我很快学会了正宗的手卷制作方法,要诀已经熟记在心,本以为“无死”,结果是今晚用了1个多小时才炮制出四根手卷。
     
    今晚做的这个 中文名字叫寿司日本叫“太巻き”,但是因为没有切小,所以应该叫手卷,英文名统称Sushi,因为用料为鸡蛋所以也归于Futomaki的一类,英国叫法俗称Egg Avocado Hand Roll美国叫法为Egg Dipping Hand Roll。
     
    味道很棒,和市面出售的一样,是因为理论充足用料正确的缘故,虽然样子有点抱歉
     
    理论爆棚看来是不管的,要拿得出手才是有料。寿司如此,我们生活中对待的工作也应该是如此。
     
     
     
     
     
     
    写完总觉得最后一句升华有我当年初中作文的风采....
